This week progress at HUG4LOVE
I celebrated my first year of hugging the world! Now 365 days in a row that I hugged strangers and I must say, it did transform me for the best. I’m a better listener, I’m more open to people and more empathetic. I feel the love of everyone hugging me and I really enjoy it. Than, I redistribute that love to other people. Here’s the video of my 365th day. 😀
There is a wild story that happen, while I was offering hugs at the National Art museum of Catalogua, there was this French guy who rushed into me. His face was somehow a little bit familiar. He told me that I actually hugged him 3 months earlier in Montreal, Canada. He was now visiting Spain. Just WOW, being able to be recognize and seeing people all around the world is just fabulous. 😀
That’s not all, just this morning, I attended the international mass at the Sagrada Familia. Since I was so early, I was sitting front row and a manager came and asked if anyone was native French speaker ? I said me and somehow, I was in a group of 6 people that read a little paragraph in front of the 9000 people in the church. What an interesting life experience. Later, I was obviously able to hug couple of people in the beautiful church. 😀
Self-development :
A very big mission that I would love to accomplish is to help people grow their discipline muscle in order take action toward their dream life.
Therefore, how do we grow the discipline muscle ?
We all know that to grow physical muscle, you train your body, but what about the discipline muscle ?
Well, it’s the same, you train your mind to be more and more discipline. 😀
The very first time someone goes to the gym, they didn’t lift the heaviest weight. There are good chances they started at the bottom with the lightest weight and work their way up.
If you want to identify more and more as a discipline individual that can achieve every challenges and realize every dreams of yours, you will have to train, just like someone that wants to become a body builder will have to train in the gym.
The difference is that you can train your mind to be more discipline with every activity/habit that you choose!
You simply need to pick a very small habits and build up on it. Per example, drink a full glass of water when you wakeup, smile for 30 seconds when you wake up, do 10 jumping jack when you wake up, do 5 push up, say at loud, I am so grateful for my life, say at loud; I love myself so much 3 times.
Than, you write down how many times per week you were able to do it and following the weeks of progress you can see your results. Either you are getting better at it, therefore become more and more discipline and proving it to your subconscious mind. Or it’s not working and you might want to change little things like transforming your environment in consequences.
This technic was used by Benjamin Franklin and now you are more than welcome to try it for yourself. 😀
